Rockside tdai Gourmet in Independence

I've always passed by this place and decided to take a leap. I've had Thai before but this would be a first that's close to home. I ordered the Green Curry....it was Phenomenal!!! The owner is very sweet, friendly, and funny. He makes you feel so welcomed. Now I'm hooked and every time I go - I get the same great service and food. Highly recommend!

Just visiting Cleveland but we went here, family owned, amazing server/owner, his name is Ariel. The good was obviously traditional Thai, unique, and delicious. Warm environment and I think everyone should go here for decent prices, a good laugh, and delicious food. Go here and support them! They deserve the best!

the owner and employees are always so pleasant and friendly! they make me feel like part of their family everytime i order from them! and the wonton soup is TO DIE FOR!! and im very picky about my wonton!

Favorite Thai in the greater Cleveland area so far. Their Pad Thai is some of the best I've had anywhere. Service is super attentive and fun.

OMG!! This place is amazing. The food was out of this world, and our host/server was a very kind and helpful gentleman. The restaurant itself is very cute, and the menu has many diverse options, including a 100% vegetarian page. Will definitely be returning. If you’re craving Thai or Chinese, give this place a try!

I have been going to Thai Gourmet for years, as well as to their other restaurants, Pad Thai, both in Fairlawn and Hudson. Always has been quality Thai food, and their Pad Thai dish is my favorite in the Cleveland area - Very peanuty, which is right up my alley!

Our new favorite Thai restaurant! Had the yellow curry chicken and the orange tofu. The flavors are amazing and so delicious. The service is wonderful and very attentive. The owner/manager is so delightful and personable and cares that his customers are happy. He went out of his way to make a special drink for my daughter. He really didn’t have to but he insisted. Will continue to patronize this establishment.

Ariel is the best! Top notch food (I’ve tried just about everything on the menu). Thai beef salad is unlike anything I’ve had. The wonton soup is the best I’ve ever had! Fantastic hot mustard! It won’t let you down....

Thai spaghetti is ridiculously delicious

The server was a genuinely kind and happy person which added to the fact that the food was delicious, makes this an exceptional place for Thai food.

Food that's always delicious and top notch food. Only downside is that seating is limited and parties of 4+ may find it cramped. Perfect place for lunch.

This place is a little expensive but it's a great place for good Thai and very limited options of Vietnamese food. I had the chicken-coconut milk soup and it wad great. The spicy coconut milk seafood milk is great too.

First time there today and it was excellent. The food was fresh and amazing and the owner is quite the host. If you like Thai, go here.

Ok spot for Thai food. Got there near five, it wasn't very busy. I had a cousin come into town and asked me to take him back here. Prices are decent for the quality.

Very tasty Thai food. Friendly service. Appetizer and soup perfectly timed with entree following. Second visit. Ordered hot and sour soup (well heated), vegetable roll (nice and crispy) and savory beef cashew nut.

I went to a Thai restaurant and ordered from the “Chinese Food” side of the menu. I thought I would regret it, but ended up quite happy.I ordered the Governor’s Chicken and it was very good. I wish it had a bit of a kick to it, but I guess that’s what the Sriracha is for.Next time though, I’ll try some of their curries and see if they are just as impressive.

They're so nice! My friend got the Massaman curry and it was SO. GOOD.

Not what I was expecting, but still very good. A little more on the Chinese side of Thai but tasty nonetheless. Excellent service, loved the man working the place. Great sense of humor and very kind :)

Terrible service. Two times in a row now I’ve called in a to go order. I’m told 20 minutes and it will be ready. Turns out I end up waiting an additional 30 mins so 50 total. Place is not busy with only 2-3 tables. Second time I heard the guy tell the cook that they need to cook my food after I had been waiting 40 mins. Clearly had forgotten completely.

LOVED this pace! Our server was awesome! So friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. He has us cracking up the whole time. My husband got a spicy sesame chicken with broccoli that he loved! Perfect amount of spice. I got the pineapple fried rice which was also awesome! Pretty sweet too. We will definitely be coming back.

On vacation passing through. Stopped in based on reviews. Vegetables were fresh, sauces were fresh, chicken was great (not mystery meat like usual oriental places nor fatty), server (owner I believe) was a comedian with everyone while working very hard. Portions were large. Worth the wait. Would recommed.

The avocado Curry is dreamy! The spicy minced chicken app is another go-to! The staff is friendly, everything I've had has been fantastic!

Amazing service! Food was delicious (I had Pad Thai with chicken and shrimp). Our server gave us a selection of Thai iced tea and iced coffee. Will definitely be back.

Best Thai restaurant in the area. I had the Red Curry Seafood. My wife has them prepare a shrimp and snow pea dish every time we go there. Another guest had Broccoli Chicken. Every dish is perfect. Staff is great. Nice quiet, clean and romantic.
